I was recently arrested for 4th degree DWI. This is a first offense for me. I was pulled over for not having front plates on my car and was given a sobriety test which I failed. I blew a .11 and the legal limit is .08 in my state. I signed all of the papers that were given to me at the police station so this seems like a pretty open and shut case. would it benefit me to get a lawyer? I would **** to spend all that money just to find out that there is nothing that he can do for me.

I see advertisements for attorneys who specialize in getting people off DUI arrests. I’m pretty sure most police are not randomly giving out DUIs, there’s usually a good reason to get these Amoxil drunk drivers off the road…but if they end up getting off because of a technicality even though they did drink and drive, how is this good for us?
