I researched AR law and did not know but now have learned no plea to drop the charge below a DWI. I am now willing to pay whatever to get a not guilty or dismissal.

However due to 1st offense DWI laws that basically make me lose my job and hamper my ability to get another I must fight to the bloody end. I am sorry but now I will pay up to 25K to beat this.

Also idiot in Arkansas a dwi with a bac is loss of license for 4 months. If you don’t take the test it is 6 months. Once again fucking don’t answer if you are just an idiot.
