I was just contacted by the insurance company and they offered to pay for my medical bills (which they have to do anyways) and $750 for pain and suffering. Obviously that’s an extremely low number and I want to find out what is acceptable to ask for without having to involve an attorney. The accident was about a month ago and i’ve had chronic headaches ever since. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
