I was involved in an auto accident. Another driver was attempting to pass 3 cars behind me and then decided to try to pass me as I was in the process of making a left hand turn. The other driver stated to police that he did not notice i was turning even though I did have my signal on and the other cars behind me were slowing down to allow me to make the turn.
