A lot of people say 3x medical bills, but My medical bills aren’t that high. I opted to go to a real Dr. instead of the creepy ones recomended by the attorney. I have been seeing a Dr. for about 2 months. The pain is getting better, but not gone.

It depends on how much total you get from the insurance companies. Then, they will pay your medical bills, the lawyer will take his % and you will get the rest.
If you were numb how can you sue for pain and suffering?
