You have him beat in that department when you got behind the wheel all drugged up, and put him in danger by rear ending another car.</description>

The fact you have a prescription for the drugs does not matter. If you read the label, I&#039;ll bet all three warn about driving while taking the meds, and I&#039;m sure combining them is even worse. They do not have to prove you took the drugs illegally, all they have to prove is the drugs impaired your driving.

As far as refusing the breath test, that in itself is evidence of intoxication. 

As a final piece of evidence, you rear ended a car. It doesn&#039;t matter how minor, the fact you hit a car will go towards proving impairment.</description>
