Can I negotiate with my auto accident attorney?

Attorney’s usually take 1/3 and they need to negotiate with all medical claims services about what they will accept as payment on a settlement that you have received.
You could realistically end up with NOTHING for yourself.
Ever negotiate with a rattlesnake? Once you step across that line and hire a lawyer you have made a deal with satan himself and must pay with your soul.
Anything is possible. These fees are not set by law so you may find a lawyer who will work on your terms but it depends on how strong he thinks your case is
