I have waited for two years for the answer. I was driving a rental car for my employer while on the job. The brand new 2005 Chevy TrailBlazer’s airbags did not deploy.
Too add to any freeloader answers like the on just received…I have a 35% permanant partial diasability to my OOOH My Back and I do not wish to go on disability. I am a worker and I have learned to adapt around order prescription drugs online the 24/7 pain I have. So to reply directly to misspipik I would trade my permanent pain which I have had unwillingly for the past two years for any amount of time to enjoy snowboarding, jetskiing, horseback riding or my old job back for that matter to you, because I’m sure you are a pain to whoever lives with you.
And for that matter we were traveling at 60 mph

IN the US you can not sue an insurance company for any part of an accident. Only the insured can be sued.
Uhm, yeah, but they aren’t likely to win. I suggest you get a new attorney and perhaps go after General Motors (Chevy), the rental company, and the other driver. Get another attorney.
nope, it is a workers comp issue. you were on the job involved in an accident so minor the airbags didn’t deploy. what is the very first thing you said after the accident? OH, MY BACK. you are just another freeloader…..it took the insurance company about 18 hours to get you on tape. if you are faking, they got a video to prove it. go back to work and keep your mouth shut. be prepared to pay back every nickel
