YES!!!!! By the way, the court will appoint an attorney if you can’t afford one. All you have to do is ASK FOR ONE.
Get to a lawyer PRONTO!!! You’re an adult and willface adult penalties. A lawyer can help you make the right decisions. Taking a trip through the court system for a DWI is no picnic. This could affect your entire future. That’s why a lawyer is so important. AND, don’t drink and drive ever again!!!
It depends a lawyer could possibly get your charges reduced to D.U.I.a lesser charge in Missouri any way.But if your just going to accept what ever they give you.then no lawyer.
you should get a lawyer. there are many who handle just DWI. you should of declined the test and your D/L would of only been pulled for 6 months.As it is you could lose your D/L for quite awhile not to mention the charge of drinking as a minor. I believe that is only a misdemeanor but still I would make sure I walked into court with an attorney. Guilty or not you do not know all the laws and could get stuck with some major stuff if they want to make an example out of you.
GET A LAWYER. if you can’t afford one one will be given to you for free. tey will get you a good deal if that is what you want, or they may see mistakes in the case that you could win on. either way if you don’t have a lawyer you don’t have a chance.
