Get a lawyer. You will regret it if you don’t.
You only need a lawyer if you’re fighting the charge. Pay your fine, take your points and don’t do it again. If you do, THEN you’ll need a lawyer.
you will have points on your license and you insurance is going to go up better to pay a lawyer one time than pay the insurance company more money year after year
Is this charge in city or county? The thing is the county is a court of records-lawyer needed.If it is city it has a6 year statute-no lawyer needed. Expect a reduced charge after ayear of being good.Most likely recless driving

see where the court is. go to the court a week early and watch/observe the goings on. they will probably have a few dwi cases.
watch what happens between cases with lawyers and not.
