Two things that can help is that my Air Force recruiter is going to be there with me, and also I have volunteered myself buy drugs online for Alcohol Rehab.
Thanks!

Talk to the DA and work out a plea bargain. AND DONT DRINK AND DRIVE YOU *******! YOU COULD HAVE KILLED SOMEONE
anytime you are found guilty of DUI you will have to lose your license and attend classes…there arent or shouldnt b any exceptions..
i was caught in my own driveway (never drove on the state road and the DUI stuck with the losing of the license until fines and classes were done)..
dont drink and drive…its alot cheaper…
As long as you have a lawyer you will pay a lower fine, less community service, and he will make sure you get a work permit to drive. Most states have mandatory dui punishment though. it sucks
PLEAD NO CONTEST.
they’ll find u guilty but fine will be reduced ( I THINK ) .. youll get ur lisence taken away and get classes or probation.
PAY a lawyer who does DWI cases all the time………….I am suprised the Air Force still want you………..war does that……..
hire a lawyer to represent you and s/he will negotiate the reduced penalties.
If you just plead guilty, you are NOT guaranteed anything in return. The prosecutor could ask for the maximum sentence, or the Judge could just be pi$$ed off that day and throw the book at you.
Either way – just pleadign guuilty won’t, by itself, get reduced penalties.
