I don’t know about a DUI so much. I recently got charged with Minor Consuming, and my district attourney gave me the option of going to a family justice center. I’m having my MC expunged. I’m not sure about a DUI. I’m not saying I’m against drinking, but I personally believe that the concequences for a DUI are usually pretty fit. What are the penalties that you face in texas for DUI?
