    If you friend can’t afford an attorney, the Public Defenders office will provide one for him.

    Check in the phone book for the office of the `public defender` or `legal aid` depending on what they are called in your area. Good luck to your `friend`. .

    ik222, Last year I got pulled for a DUI. In my state a 0.08 is considered too drunk to drive. I’m not sure what the limit is in Indiana. Try calling a DUI attorney for a free evaluation.
