You gotta be kidding…You seriously think you should be driving school children???

  4. Shannon L says:

You probably don’t remember driving through the 7/11 either, since you stated it as They said I…. You should be in jail for endangering children’s lives.

    I’m sure you had a case…..beer,,,,,gin….something…….

    Try amusement park operator.

  6. roadhunter says:

You bet. You should sue them for false arrest. Then sue the 7/11 for putting the store in your way. Then sue the bus company for making a bus that wasn’t fast enough to outrun the cops. Sue the kids on the bus for distracting you while you were drinking, and sue your mom for messing your life up so bad you had to drink in the first place.

  7. paulofhouston says:

No, you should go to AA meetings.

  8. John W : tired of STUPID says:

STOP DRINKING would be your best bet, take care of the problem then you wouldn’t ever have to worry about getting a lawyer

    This is a great one:
If you are serious, I think that you may want to consider a new career. If you are having some fun, you made me laugh, so you have succeeded. Thanks!

Without a doubt your question is very nearly the dumbest one I have ever seen on yahoo answers .

If you mean should you fight the loss of your job, personally I think they should have fired you after one DWI, or never should have hired you if your first DWI occurred before you got the job. Legally, I can’t imagine a much more clear-cut case of someone deserving to be fired, so I wouldn’t expect any luck if you do decide to. Maybe the reason you don’t remember being read your rights is because you were drunk?
