Yes, you need a lawyer. The charges are just as serious as with alcohol.
What you should expect and what you will pay depends on where you live. It will lots of money though.
The penalties are no different for DUI whether it is alcohol or drugs. DUI means Driving Under the Influence, and state laws provide for being under the influence of drugs (legal/illegal/prescribed or not), alcohol, or inhalants or any combination of them. I always suggest getting a lawyer regardless of the criminal charge. If this is your first offense, you will likely lose your license for a few months, pay a hefty fine, and be required to go to some sort of drug/DUI school.
Wise up before you kill yourself or someone else.
If this is your first offense, state law will determine your sentence. An attorney can’t really do anything for you unless you are pleading not guilty. So, if you are guilty you might as well spend the money on your fines. What it costs depends on your state which you did not tell us. Surely you know every state has different laws.
WHO DOES MARIJUANA AND VICODEN??!!! THAT DISGUSTING STUFF CAN MESS U UP AND GET U INTO LOTS OF TROUBLE! INFACT, IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAS ALREADY GOTTEN YOU INTO LOTS OF TROUBLE! I HOPE YOU LEARNED YOUR LESSON! NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER DO DRUGS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PS. ITS CALLED SELF RESPECT GIRL! GO GET SOME!
