get a lawyer
Find a lawyer, ask him for legal advice, and then decide after he has told you whether you have a chance or not.
you could try to fight it but for your first you are going to get the same thing either way you go… i say just plead guilty, and then you will get the same fine, and the same sentence, and you won’t have to pay some lawyer, who is just going to do nothing for you
you could talk to a lawyer and see what he would have to say about it but iam sur you mit would still loss with one so you would be use money on him for nothing if you loss that money could go to your fine
get a lawyer, depending on your state laws it may help it may not. Like here you would not have a chance, license lost for a year, fine and time, plus probation after time and then you have to attend AA and alcohol classes. I know this cause a friend of mine got a dwi, and that is everything she got for a first offense and she blew just over the limit.
Perform countless searches online referenced to the state in which you were charged, try to find a situation common to your own so you can understand what might happen and be prepared to do what is needed.
Get a lawyer
You definitely need a lawyer. You always have a chance at charges being reduced or dropped if there is any procedural irregularities but you’ll need a lawyer for that. You will also likely get harsher punishment if you are not represented.
Stay out of the drivers seat when you have been drinking! Don’t go killing my family cause you are an A$$. I hope getting charged will help you grow up and be more responsible with you life and other peoples lives. Just be glad that all you got was a dwi and you didn’t kill yourself or some innocent person!
Pleading guilty is not simply an admission of guilt, but rather a complete and total submission to the will and power of the court. In doing so you are saying you are worthy of the MAX punishment. Even if they have you on tape from drink one to the moment you were pulled over, DO NOT PLEAD GUILTY.
You should be ashamed of yourself… you could have really hurt yourself or someone else. If they got you on tape, that’s hard to get out of homie. Watch one of them Cnn specials on that.. So you think just because it’s your first offense you should get off. If you were a celeb, they might let ya, **** to say it that way but it’s true. You need to **** it up, be a (man) or (woman) about it, and own up to it. Your an adult, so act like it. Truth hurts, but sometimes people need a push. LET THIS BE A LESSON TO YOU…
get a lawyer
You Need to consult an attorney. Many will talk to you for the first 1/2 hour free, then you both know if you want to enter a contract with each other.
Lawyer up! just incase something else happens in the future, you may be able to get it reduced also.
Screw the lawyer. All they will do is get you off for something you are guilty of.
Stand in front of the judge like a man and say I am an idiot for drinking and driving and I will never do it again
Then never do it again.
