kenya1 purchase antibiotics online asked:
the lawyers for the at fault driver have offered to settle for 7500, which is their first offer. My total doctor bill was 10592 which was paid by my work medical plan. It was discounted to about 7000. They are sabrogating for the sum. The settlement seems unfair, since all but 500 would stay with me. I figure this wouldnt cover my pain and suffering i incur.
What would be fair and what should be my counter offer?

It’s a no brainer !!!!! Retain an injury lawyer !!!! You will probably get 50,000 dollars and maybe more !!! good luck !!
Since you suffered only soft tissue injury and haven’t lost work or anything since the time of the accident, I’d say you are getting a reasonable settlement. If you lost work, had to be retrained vocationally or something like that, then I’d say it needs to be higher.
Find out from them why they are only offering that much. Do they have all your paperwork to support the fact that almost all the money they are offering is only for medical bills and hardly any for pain and suffering? Or are there items you are submitting to them that they feel are not related? Speak with the at fault company directly for a breakdown of how they came to that figure and make sure to bring to their attention things that are being left out.
Hello,
We often take for granted what a convenience our cars are. I was paying a low price for my insurance, but at renewal time, my insurer tried to increase my rates.
My friend sent me a link to this site:
They have a free search to compare auto rates from the major insurers. It saved me a lot of money!
Best of Luck
