call the legal bar they will recommend attorneys
if in Ma contact that guy always running the injury commericals, can’t recall his name at this time though. ex used him and did pretty well with her injury suit.
heard of that same situation from my boss. but his lawyer was getting things done and help him won the case despite their dislike to each other. in your case, fire him and get a new one. lawyer and client should have a partnership, besides you are paying for his services. here we in the philippines, u can go to the city hall and go to the legal department, and ask for referal. imaybe its the same thing there. get someone who especializes in ur case so u get the best representation.
You may fire an attorny at anytime all the way up to the date of court. But if you wait that long try to have another one set up as quick as possible.
If you really think he’s doing you injustice, definetly get rid of him before it’s to late.
Use your phone book and let your fingers do the walking and ask a couple for consultation (usually doesn’t cost)
call ur local bar assc..they can give u list of lawyers..
I don’t know of an attorney, but if you fire your first one, he can put a lien on your settlement for any fees he’s incurred. So be ready for that.
