You need a doctor, not a lawyer if you are hurting. Getting into an accident does not mean you won the lottery.
You will be sore for a while, trust me. I could not move for a good 2 weeks
See a lawyer first, most have doctor’s that handle auto cases know how to word the paperwork….Then go see specified doctor….Most injury lawyer’s will take payment after the case is settled, from the settlement…..
I got into a hit and run car accident about a month ago. Although i dont have any visible injuries, my lower back is increasingly suffering. Getting a lawyer doesnt really mean your trying to just get some money(or win the lottery) it just means you may need medical care and he’s going to help you get them medical bills payed back for you. The first thing i would do is go see a chiropractor if he tells you that you have problems then hire a lawyer to make sure you get the other person to pay for your bills, otherwise they are just going to give you the run around.
You need to report it to the other person insurance..you have a year to do it…tell your insurance about it…this girl hit me from the back and by the next day my neck was so stiff I couldn’t move it..had to call my insurance to get a doctor to see…
