Most accident injury lawyer will only take on cases with INJURY. SAD.
But you can still file a law suit against the other driver and just go to court (small claims court does NOT allow lawyer). That’s how it is settled if the insurance will not give you any money.

so the insurance company’s excuse is that you arent injured so they are not paying? do you have full coverage, were you at fault? if they were at fault at they wont pay then you will have to go to civil court and prove your case.
what exactly is a 16 wheeler
that would be a weird set up for a tractor or trailer to equal 16 wheels
Keep looking for an attorney. You will find one who will take this on for a fee. It may be cheaper to file a claim with your insurance and let their lawyers squeeze the other guy.
It’s a tough spot.
1) Did you get a police report? Hopefully the answer is yes.
2) Do you have insurance? Hopefully the answer again is yes.
Go through your insurance company. If you’re a military wife, chances are even that use USAA. They do a first rate job of acting on your behalf.
