Yes, get an attorney fast..time is a-wasting ma’am. Your friend should also talk with a lawyer. Also research for 1 day make sure very good hopefully high powered attorney.

ya always get a lawyer. The other driver could claim a false injury for insurance purposes and could try and sue.
