No BAC was taken ( refused ) No field test taken ( refused ). No statements to the police other than name and address. I was very polite to the police. I would est my BAC would be about .16 to .19 according to internet.
I researched AR law and did not know but now have learned no plea to drop the charge below a DWI. I am now willing to pay whatever to get a not guilty or dismissal.

Also idiot in Arkansas a dwi with a bac is loss of license for 4 months. If you don’t take the test it is 6 months. Once again fucking don’t answer if you are just an idiot.

Nervous? You should be. Don’t worry about it. I’ts a misdeameanor offense. You should have consented to theBAC. You would have lost your license for 3 months. Now, you are looking at 1 yr. lose of license. Do not hire a lawyer. Go to the prosecuter and see what he will do for you. First offense he will give you probation. Some DUI classes may be involved. Do not tell your employer. You will get through it. Get caught again and your screwed.
Go talk to a bail bondsman, they can probably tell you.

I would do a search for Arkansas DWI Attorney on Targetlaw. Try looking up several attorney websites and see if there are a few that have big brag sheets of cases they one etc. Also, look for those attorneys that just handle DWI’s and other criminal cases. These are probably the best attorneys for your case mainly because their practice is caters to criminal defense work.
