On refiling an auto accident complaint – finding an attorney after one ‘kicks’ it off; possible?

My neighbor had an attorney for a car accident (other driver’s fault), the attorney never called him to advise where to go for physical therapy regards the accident, 4 months have gone by, my neighbor does suffer from the accident itself, he received a letter from attorney saying they didn’t want case anymore – now I’m trying to find him a new attorney. He needs to call HIS insurance company, regardless of who was at fault. His insurance company is legally bound to assist him even if the other driver admits responsibility.
Your attorney should never advise you where to go for PT…this would best be left to the patient or his/her physician.

Your neighbor should have been doing this on her own – the DR issue, where to go for treatment.
