If he has been in N/A and fell off the wagon. they normally don't revoke until the 3rd offence, However its up to the probation officer if it even goes to court, so have his mom contact the PO and talk to him first before a court date is set, and the PO can order rehabilitation, but he must follow through. or next time, these charges will be brought up in court for his next offence, if he does go to court, make sure that family writes letters on his behalf and the pastor couldn't hurt, then be there in court to support him.
