What are the chances of an underage DUI who has a lawyer getting it dropped completely if he’s done 40 hours comm service, alcohol evaluation, and 3 DUI classeS? there will be probation wont there??? and what if he mentions he wants to go into the national guard?

I am going to go out on a limb here and say, the atty who works is practices in your state, and who deals regularly with the particular judge would be better at predicting that then anybody on Y/a
Well you’re not getting your license back until you’re 21, that’s for sure. Mentioning it isn’t going to do much good, because any idiot can claim they want to join the army, I’d suggest talking to a recruiter and actually joining (just postpone your training for the entire year that they allow) so there’s an actual record of it. I doubt it will be entirely dropped, but if they determine that the community service and everything is enough, you won’t have to serve jail time, unless you’re a habitual offender..
It may depend on the county/district prosecutor how much of a hardass s/he want’s to be.
In Texas, even though the DUI statute covers the entire state, there is a fair amount of variance from county to county regarding what options are made available to the offender, and even further discretion granted to the judge. One would hope that by doing all you mentioned that the prosecutor and judge would at least consider not throwing the book at you. In any case, you will probably have some period of probabtion.
Good luck
Unless you live in some obscure little town, I can not imagine a DUI being dropped completely. All those things mentioned are only to help you in reducing the fine. You’ve already been found guilty.
