Well the lawyers fees are the easy part ( about 1,000-2,000 dollars) but the fines are what will kill you . Not to mention when they take your liscense and then you have to pay for transportation. PLus court costs…plus restitution….its alot…all those signs that say DUI YOU CANT AFFORD IT well they really mean that. It *****…sorry to hear u gotta go through this
Minimum of $1,000 for a decent attorney. $2,000 is pretty common and the best DUI attorneys can be $6,000. All of these numbers are assuming you do not go to trial.
